Addom Gentner
Development Manager
Addom has over ten years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Birkel Residential Group, Ltd., he worked with JPI Partners, Inc. for nine years. Addom was one of the original members of the JPI Student Housing development group. After starting in market research at JPI, Addom subsequently moved into a development role. He was personally involved in the development of over 10,000 student-housing beds and also developed communities using traditional private equity structures. While at JPI, Adam was also responsible for initiating many joint ventures with non-profit groups on University land.
Addom then went to work for Polar-Bek International, a student housing management company. He gained six years of valuable on-site management experience, initially as a leasing consultant, and then as the property manager. Addom joined Birkel Residential Group in September 2005.
Addom received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management from the University of Arkansas.
