Jennifer Kahler
Director of Sales & Marketing
Jennifer joins the sales team bringing over eight years of experience in real estate industry. She began her real estate career in South Carolina where she managed the Real Estate division of The Rogol Law Firm closing residential, commercial, and lender refinance transactions. She developed marketing plans and helped expand the already successful real estate law practice. After being accepted to law school at St. Mary’s University, Jennifer moved to San Antonio. She became the lead Escrow Officer for one of the largest national home builders in the United States and handled closings, accounting, and title issues for high volume real estate transactions. Prior to joining Oak Hills Condominiums, Ltd., Jennifer was a top residential Escrow Officer for Chicago Title Insurance at the main branch office in San Antonio. She marketed, built, and managed a brand new escrow unit specializing in residential, commercial, and lender transactions. She joined the Oak Hills Condominium team as its Closer/Escrow Officer for San Antonio in 2007 before taking over the Director of Sales and Marketing role in 2008. Her real estate background, title experience, sales, accounting, marketing skills, and leadership in the San Antonio market continue to grow and expand the presence The Pinnacle at Oak Hills.
She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas in Psychology and her Masters Degree from Southern Arkansas University. Following her graduate internship, she joined the University of Texas system where she was a Recruiting Coordinator.
