Construction continues to make good progress and is moving forward rapidly. The first building's garage and elevated slab have been poured which was an important project milestone. Framing has begun on the clubhouse and will start on the first building shortly.
Due to buyer feedback, the El Dorado home plan has been expanded and redesigned. It now has just under 2000 square feet and can be configured as a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath with a den or a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath with 2 living areas.Both versions incorporate direct access from a private 2 car garage. In addition, we have also made available additional combination options of using two units to create one larger home plan if desired. The combination opportunities allow for homes up to almost 3,000 square feet. Call the sales center for more information.
Sales have continued to move forward under pre-construction pricing for phase I. There are only 2 Doral home plans left with direct golf course views and only 5 total still available in phase I.
